I have to finish the first 100 miles on the bike before I move onto the WATP and then I have to finish that 30 miles before moving onto the next 100 Bike miles. Is this correct? And the start date is April 9th and runs through tooooooooooo May 21st? And I can count my mileage from the AMC - just not the same way.

Ok, I just reviewwd the options and I am in for swimming, stair climbing and bicycle. I will be doing the stairs old fashioned style and wearing out my carpet, and the bike will be out in the beautiful Canadian wilderness! LOL I will drive my route to find the kilometers and will check in with jimmie to see if she can help me figure out how many flights equal a mile. I'll post back later.
Jimmie says 15 stairs in a flight. But the mileage for flights per mile is something I am still looking for. Please let me know if you have any luck finding out!
