    20 minute upper body weights and 35 minutes on the bike. Total calories burned this morning were 535.

        730 calories from a 5 mile road running race that I did on Sunday.

        It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




        I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

            Did 20 minutes lower body weights and walked 1.8 miles for a total of 371 calories burned.

              Did upper body weights for 20 minutes lifting 19,750 lbs total and did 35 minutes on the bike going 7.1 miles for a total of 535 calories burned this morning.

                          310 calories yesterday walking for 40 minutes.

                          Today it was 502 calories, walking 31 minutes and weight workout 40 minutes.
