well, I joined. Hope I'm not too late to be a part of the group. All the other challenges started long ago. I hate HATE exercise, so maybe this will help get it going.

Ok I figured it out I logged my first day today so there ya go I am doing the BFL exercise program 6 days per week so hopefully I'll stay more modivated although I am very modivated at this point

Ok so I am signed up and today I jogged but, for my size it was extremely hard on the thing I was not doing anywhere near 12 minute mile but that's where it starts. I put Jogging general but I was to the point of exhaustion pushing myself for the last minute I could barely keep up. What should I put for that. I was definately not having a casual Jaunt it was very vigerous do I fudge it and go with the 6 minute mile for vigorus or what. I don't know what to do. I want the thing to reflect how hard I was working. What I did in 20 minutes sent me to exhausion as good as what someon may do in 40 minutes on a moderate pace.
Oh one of all answers help me figure out what to do

Sounds like I am gunna be doing some major exercise I am going to be training 2 of my friends so that means I will be working out 2 times per day on Monday Wednessday and Friday. I should become a personal trainer. I am well educated and have trained a few others I love it maybe that's what I should do hey Too Big I'm gunna look into it.

LOL I thought you were going to the TDL challenge in the CC forum and take the pledge and post weekly but hey if you want to do this one too that is cool too. Try the walking for your slow running it goes to over 5MPH and beyound.
