    2big, I have entered my excercise that I did whilst I was away.

    I played an hour of squash and an hour of Badminton.

    I havent included my swimming and walking as there is not way I can accurately enter it all.

    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

            14 day limit...

            Hi 2big - I tried to enter all my exercise while I was away (3 weeks) but it only allows me to enter up to 14 days in arrears. Oh well... I put it all down as 'household tasks', limiting myself to an hour a day even though it was loads more than that. I figured when 'making the bed' involves carrying the bits of wood along cobbled streets and then spending ages putting them together with a screw-driver it *must* count as exercise. And you should have seen us trying to persuade a double sized mattress up a narrow, twisty Portuguese staircase. Reminded me of giving birth - "Push!!!!!!!"

            It was all great fun though, and we finally got all the furniture in (some of it still not put together) and finished my uncles room, complete with partition, so only a few weeks to go until we *all* go there, this time for good.

            I'm determined to get my bronze before we go!

              I hope you can answer this 2 big I have been going out rollerblading and I am finding that my totals are not right I have entered them but I should be ahead about 100 pounts and it doesn't show in my totals is there a limit to the amout of points you can get in a day if so I am thinking my totals are totally wrong.

                ok I was tright it says my total points is 24969 but only shows 23767 I think Why aren't my total points showing it is somewhat discouraging.

                  There IS a daily limit, not sure exactly how much but it's designed to stop you exercising for hours and hours every now and then instead of for a shorter while every day. I'll check the amount and let you know what the daily max is.

                  OK - update - daily max points is 750!

                    yep you earn them and they go in your report but not in your totals if that makes sense I get about 1000 points a day but the challenge total is only the 750

                          running---which I do 4 or 5x a week right now
                          swimming, walking, biking, hiking were the other activities that I usually end up doing but not on a consistent basis right now.

Only you can correct this by following the directions for changing it by deleting yourself from the group and entering the group number in the first box and your ADBB BOARD name in the member ID box.
