    I'm doing good today I have over 1200 points for this week and I still have to exercise tomorrow. WOW.

        welcome I post the weekly totals on Monday and if you see somebody hasn't posted in a week you nudge them with a PM asking what is going on did they just forget to post are they injured etc and see if you can assit them in getting the exercise part of yuour Atkins going again.

          I couldn't help but laugh when I saw this - I joined that website last week after reading about it in Oxygen (my body **** magazine) and thought it was so cool. I kinda liked those scary scary fitness tests in school growing up...

            I think this is the "kick" that I need :guns I'm already motivated now, but I'm sure there will be times I wanna say "bag it!!" :censor

            I have already updated mine for what I've done so far this week. Doing this, I think, will make me feel like I'm not doing this alone.

                  I hated those tests in school! What a way to beat down a kid's ego. I could do a grand total of 0 pull-ups and 0 pushups. When we had to run, I was usually last, trailing way behind everyone else.

                          welcome to all the new folk fine this weeks results and see how you are doing. IF you aren't showing up you are mostly one of out ADBB PRES CHALLENGE folk who joined the group wrong delete yourelf from the group on your my gtoups page and rejoin putting the group number in the box and your board name in the other box this eill not effect your points in the challenge at all.

                            I decided to join. I don't really see anything group related as far as where everyone is. I guess I just do not know how to use the tool.

                                welcome to you both. On Mondays I copy our group results in the exercise challenge forum. Make sure you signed up right cause I can't tell you how many folk put ADBB PRES CHALLENGE in the member ID line and end up on our chart like that and nobody knows it is you.

                                you should be able to click on the tabs at the top after you have joined our gtoup and compare your self by your chosen activities to the others in our group.
