75 so far today- trying to get to 100...just cause it felt good to be able to do that many and the inches I lost last month really keep me motivated to do more than 50!

Well done on all the abs I'm going to have to quit this challenge again - the suspected hernia thing felt fine at first but after doing a few abs last week it started to hurt (a bit) again, so I'm going to give it a bit longer.

Jane, I am so sorry that I didn't get around to posting my progress for Saturday. So, today, I would like to report 100 crunches completed for Saturday, May 12th and 100 crunches completed for Sunday, May 13th.
