    I have been slacking off on updating here big time- My baby is into everything these days- so computer time is almost nil- btwn him and hubby after work.

    I have been making my 50 sit ups a day for the last week but I missed yesterday- so far I have done 50 and I'm going to do another 50 right now...I think I may try for another after that...I felt better when I was able to do about a hundred a day- It's quite hard to do a sit up when a baby decides to sit on your belly and laugh at you when you try to raise up!!! I think he's trying to egg me on!

    goal: 168-175 pounds then we will see if I need to lose any more.

    **well...I had a cheat, after a great start- and I'm starting again...just because I owe myself a clean slate.

                    ** slinks into the room *** didn't do my crunches yesterday... went for a hour long walk with the kiddies in the quad stroller... uphill 30 minutes pushing 120 lbs, and then downhill back home again {thank God!}. So my back was too sore for crunches. Will try and get 100 in by the end of today to make up.
