    I know I'm a little late to post...I'm always the last to know stuff. Anyways, I will pledge 100 crunches a day for the rest of June, that would be a total of 1900 crunches! I'm new around here...so this is all very interesting and exciting for me! Thanks for encouraging us, keep up the good work!

                Hmmm, I know June is almost half over, but I would like to pledge to do 100 a day for the rest of this month- that would make 1900 crunches for the month of June

                1st mini goal: make it through induction cheat-free!
                2nd mini goal: lose 15 pounds by 1 year wedding anniversary (July 22nd)
                3rd mini goal: lose 30 pounds by christmas
                Goal: lose 50 pounds by my birthday!!

                      This was taken October 2007, I weigh 375.

                      I was on atkins last year in the early fall and lost about 30 pounds. I obviously gained it back...but I know this is the right diet for me as it works very good. So I am back!
