First of all Jimmie...Great Pic! You look fit as a fiddle!!!
Ok...confession time. Yesterday evening I was doing that back stretch thing on the ball...like you would do an arch where you put your hands back...well you know what I mean.
Anyway, I fell pretty hard off the darn thing. I guess I went back a little too far and I couldn't catch myself or fall to the side, momentum took over and back I went. Well, in my attempt not to crack something open on my coffee table I ended up falling hard on my left shoulder. Needless to say, its pretty sore today. I feel like such an idiot!
I took today off from the ball...the evil scary hurtful ball
Tomorrow I'll get back on it (like a horse..hehehe)...and try and finish the workout from H*LL!
Got some errands to run in the morning so I think I will try and find an easier dvd to work with, something more academic.
Good job everyone is doing. Keep it rollin....just not off the ball!

POOR STRUDEL.... you should get extra kudos.
i know exactly what you are talking about. that exercise is on my stretch program. i haven't fallen like you but i've been very close to it. i still have to really watch how far i take that back bend.

Bio...I'm not too impressed by this workout, I think I'm about 3/4 of the way through it. I kinda just went by the reviews that it was given on Amazon which is where I ordered it from. I guess I was just really looking for one that was more basic.
