      I managed to squeeze 10 mins in this morning and plan on another 10-20 tonight.

      This mornng mostly was stretching but did a bit of weights too.

        strudel, stretching is good, weights is good, anything on the ball is good and counts. every time you use it, you are working muscles. i look forward to seeing you confirm the other minutes this evening!

            Thanks jimmie...."Think ahead ~ Plan ahead" should be an Atkins moto as thats what its all about in every aspect, food, exercise, vitamins. But thats just my opinion.

            Anywho...did my 20 mins last night on the ball while kinda watching tv...upside down at times...hehehe.

            I also did the ball for 30 mins this morning. I will be away til Saturday but I'm sure will be able to meet my goal when I return. Going out to my brothers new house (small town) to help him and his fiance do some work on it. They have helped me many a time so my turn to pay back.

            I will be popping onto the board at nights, as apparently his laptop has internet access at least.

            So, I will add another 50 mins to my total.

            GO GO Cynthia...you can do it hon, just a little bit every day!

              Oh wow didn't realize with adding the 50 I would be at 290/300...hee hee.

              I think I can squeeze 10 minutes in after Saturday...lol.

                I took a break from the ball this weekend, but I did 20 min yesterday and again this morning.

                Looks like ya'll are doing great!
                HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
                Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

                    20 minutes of stretches, abs, and lower body exercises this morning.

                    I finally bought a replacement ball for work, but I still need to pump it up (a workout in itself!).

                        Well, as long as my stability ball doesn't disappear again at work, I'll be just fine! Just sitting on it is a welcome change of pace with my normal chair.

                                pr, i got you at 205 minutes. now 5 minutes ain't too much of big deal unless you are holding on to some 10 weights and they are hanging over your head whilst doing a balancing act on your stability ball.

                                6 days left in the month. who is the next challenger to pick up their award? will it be pr or cynthia or maybe strudel?
