Richt and Blazing, y'all are doing great!!! Richt, good luck on the marathon this weekend. I had a friend sent me a running program in hopes that next spring I can enter one of the local triathalons. It is called "Going from Couch Potato to 5K in 10 weeks". I think I am going to give it a shot, if my knees will hold up.
Today count another 515 calories for my 40 minutes and 9.3 miles on the bike and 20 minutes on weights doing lower body.
