The best way I've heard to do squats is--Get a chair; act like you're going to sit down, don't let your bottom quite hit the seat; stand back up squeezing the gluteus maximus at the top. That's the form--try to keep your back straight, even though you're leaning forward going down and stand up straight at the top. If you can sit down in a chair, you can do squats!

Count me in for 900 squats (30 per day) for September. Also, make sure your knees don't go over your toes while squatting and sit back as if your are sitting in a chair. 30/900

Me too! I'll commit to 750 for September. We need a Symbol / Pic to add to the bottom of our posts for the squat challenge - Any ideas? I'm just a sucker for them!
