                    Welcome, Supreme Diva, Plsmachic and Smurray6680!

                    It's surprising to me how much your body really does want to do what it's meant to do. Start with what you can and you'll be able to do more in no time.

                              I am up to 75/300


                              It's not as bad as I thought If I could get my self a little more disciplined I could probably have made a much bigger goal.
