        Hey Im new here but I sure will want to join so how do I do it where do I sign and how does this work can anyone help me? Im kind of lost in this site but Im sure Im with the right people?

              Hello! The exercise bike I use has a distance counter on it and when I do the WATP I do it by 1/2 miles and the video lets me know. Does your Nordic Track have an odometer?
              Also....I need to know how many miles you pledge for the month.

                    Hello! You just post the miles you pledge for the month and then post the miles you complete - its up to you if you want to post every day, every other - I update when I come on. Hope this helped

                      Well that certainly speaks volumes of how long it's been since I've been on my Nordic Track, doesn't it? Since I forgot that it had a mileage counter on it....

                      So for my first month, put me down for 30 miles, and hopefully I'll do more.
                      MAY 2010 Challenges
                      ABS-1200, Squats-1200, Lunges-400, PushUps-700, Stability Ball-250 mins,
                      I weigh once a week, Mondays !

                        lilly, you signed up simply by posting that you wanted to join. now all you have to do is tell Tam (Lady Hawke) how many miles you will commit to during October. oh yeah, then the hard part................ work to get those miles in! report back here each day with your total and Tam will keep a tally going for you .

                          How about 30 min of aerobics counts as 1 mile???
                          Put me in for 30.

                                Lily, 30 miles is nothing to sneeze at, that's a lot.

                                Timetoshine, how long does it take you to walk a mile? You could gage your mileage by that. It usually takes me 20 minutes to walk a mile briskly, or 3 miles to an hour.

                                ok, it's done nothing but rain here for the past two days! So I have nothing to report. Just came by to see how everyone else is doing. Just being nosey.. .. you know how I am.
