        Good questions, Angel!

        How many want to continue on next month? I've been a slacker this month, but plan on getting back on track November 1.

        Any computer pros want to develop a "Squat Squad" graphic? or anything else that's cool-looking. I'm not artistic or a computer pro, so I'm willing to ask for help!

        Way to go, Heidi--glad you're feeling better and back on your feet!

                Oct. 29...did 30 tonight.

                That makes 290/300.... trying to finish up here.

                    I made it this month!! Updated totals are: 1150/950

                    I'm upping my totals to 150 a go instead of 100. I'm in for next month DEFINATELY. I love this challenge! I'll post to the new thread today.

                        But it hurts in a GOOD way, right? Right? Right?

                        I find it takes my mind off of it to do them while I'm watching TV. They do help you shape up and get less flabby. I can't say that I'll probably ever think they're fun, though.
