    Want to have a firm, shapely bottom and quads? Squats are the answer for you!!!

    We had so much fun last month, let's do it again!

            i'll jump right in! we do at least 100 squats per class in my bootcamp class. so put me down for 1200. i did 100 today.

                      I pledged 300, and have done all of 20. Yikes, this is harder than I thought. I'm so out of shape in that area.

                          Hang in there Mickkey I was freaked out my first month doing this cahllenge too adn thougt I would never reach my goal of 300 and I did!!!!! This month I made my goal 1250 ( 50 a day! ) You can do it!!!!!

                            Thanks for joining the challenge! We'll have firm bottoms in no time! I can definitely tell a difference--I'm not near as jiggly as I was.

                            Ya'll are doing great already!

                            Hang in there, Mickkey--it DOES get easier. You might consider breaking it down--doing 10 in the morning, 10 at lunch, 10 in the evening until it does get easier. (or however your schedule works) Just think, less jiggle in the bottom and thinner quads! We can do it!

                              I did 50 tonight in two sets of 25! Thats the most I've done at once yet! It feels good to see progress like that! Thanks for the challenge!
