      If it's not to late can I join this challange. I am new to the board and I am still trying to find my way around. I did find the presidental fitness challange and I have entered that. If it's ok for me to join sigh me up for 400 please.

                        Sorry I've been a no-show lately. I've had a few medical issues that have set me back. I promise I'll post September results by tomorrow night in the Celebrations, so keep an eye out!

                        I tried squats tonight, and I can handle them without hurting anything (I hope).

                        85 tonight/ 135 for month/1200 goal--got plenty to catch up on.

                        If anyone finds a great graphic for this challenge, please post it. If ya'll like the one Sweet Strudel found in September's, we can do that. I'm not great at graphics and will have to ask Jimmie's help (she's an absolute angel).

                            GM everyone todays results 30/80/400
                            I have problems with my knees also
                            my personal trainer suggested using a
                            stability ball between the wall and the
                            small of my back and doing squats that
                            way he said it helps keep your form correct
                            and presure off your kness. I do them that way
                            on days my knees are bothering me.

                              Well I'm back from the doc and I'm going to have to either drop out or change my goals for the Challenge ......... dropping out will not effect me continueing when I can so don't worry about that but I am on a no pressure on my foot at all order for ten days following surgery and then a surgical boot for a week after that before I can resume normal use of my foot......... sooooooooooooo thats 17 days of no excercise ...... well any excercise that requires pressure on my foot or two feel for stability anyways if I am allowed to adjust my goal I will keep them at an average of 50 a day till the 15th which would put me at a total goal of 750. If it's against the rules to change your goal then I totally understand and I will just have to drop out for this month but will be back for sure in Novemeber!!!!
