I bombed last night Hubby and I had an arguement that sent me into a do nothing mood so I did exactly that for some reason ignored my needs in the process ......... dumd I know so today I am gonna be squatting during the day to make up my 50 from yesterday I missed ......... dumb dumb me
OK I did it ............. lordy it about killed me but 5 sets of 20 through out the day makes 100!!!!! I'm caught up from yesterday and WILL NOT skip again!
