    I would like to join this challenge. My goal will be 500 squats this month. Put me down for 20 today 10-09. 20/500 Thank you!

      I have been slacking..I have been sick most of th week and just not in the mood to exersize. But I will get back on it!

                      Gee, I hope everyone is feeling better soon. It's no fun not feeling Great!

                      Caryl, I don't know what the graphic that Sweet Strudel had found. I know that I need to build up my signature, that's for sure That's why I was asking if we had ever found one for last month
