You keep your back straight, but lean from the hips up. Hold your tummy in while you do it, it helps the form.
Those are regular squats. I don't lean when I do squats with my legs spread far apart. I'm just doing what Tony from Power 90 and Kathy Smith and Debbie from Slim in 6 show. They all lean from the hips with regular squats. I'm not an expert, just trying like everybody else here. If I'm wrong, please let me know.
