I'm going to join this challenge, but I've had people tell me that it's best to have rest days between muscle workouts. So I'll do 150 crunches every other day.
That's 1650 for the rest of the month... if my math is right.

Im a beginner at these challenges and im trying to understand how numbers work? If i do 4 sets of 15 reps(60)a day for 22 days left in the month is 1320 for the month, right? if that is correct put me down for 60/1320. I know its not alot but im way out of shape!
