Thanks Jimmie I am trying to bust through this dang stall I am on ........ but I blew it over Christmas I was do driven and determined not to but I did ...... So today I am picking myself up and getting right back on track ....... my personal goal for the month was to not miss a day but I did I missed two because I didn't do a thing Christmas day but eat and relax ........ so I will try and make it a goal for January. I think I may lesson my minutes because I got a new treadmill and I am going to alternate that in my work outs and get back on the Couch potato program. But I will so something everyday!!!!! ( I hope)

heidi, hats off to you for setting the goal next month to accomplish some minutes each day! i understand the lessening of minutes. i've thought of doing that in the pedometer challenge since i have to calculate things different but so far i've kept things status quo. maybe after the new year, a new month.
