                    I have to get off my feeling sorry for my self boat..pity parties for one are pretty boring. maybe I'm just sick and tired of winter an all the rain and need some sunshine!

                      I apologize in advance as I know this thread is about our steps and not anything else... but

                      Chark's - COME PLAY WITH ME!!! The abs, squat challenges are about to restart for April and Jimmies six week challenge is going to restart soon - come join me. You can do squats anytime of the day (when you are about to sit at your desk - during potty breaks - whatever) crunches are a little different but you can squeeze those in at home.... Lets get skinny and healthy together If you need a guilt trip to get you motivated consider it my birthday present from you Oh you still have time to join me on the Spring into Summer challenge (and those other challenges I talked about) will help you get there
