        OK, so my goal for July will be 44,000 steps per week. I am doing that pace now on walking days, but if I play golf I get half of that in, so I will have to push to make it up.

            i envy your weight work i'm missing mine.
            raining again here and a bad case of 'upset bowel', so no mileage for either. at least toth things happened on the same day. maybe it'll be sunny and good feeling tummy tomorrow

                  Cheer up Jimmie, you will be back at it in time and THANK GOD for muscle memory. It will come back quicker than you think. But I am paying for it today. Changed my workout up and I am sore everywhere today. But its a good sore.

                      OK, some days plans go right out the window. Wanted to walk tonight but the in-laws arrived and we wound up entertaining them for dinner and beyond. Will make up for it tomorrow.

                        Your grandson sounds like a trooper, Char.

                        Haven't started out that great this week, we've had an auditor at work and then had to get statements out. If it wasn't for the challenges, I wouldn't try at all, so it helps keep me moving.

                          looks as if i'm not the only one having trouble. our goal is to better ourselves though and i see that coming through loud and clear.

                          today was a very good day! sunny and not too hot, not so cold and i felt good.
                          jack and i picked up the pace a bit. we walked 3/4 mile in the time it was taking me to do 1/2 mile just a couple weeks ago.
