    WOW!! Way to go everyone!! Looks like everyone (except me ) will make their goal - but fear not... I WILL MAKE IT IN MARCH! Today I walked 2.02 miles -- which made me want to get on the treadmill and walk more, but hubby threatned to hurt the other knee if I don't give the bad one a rest

      jammie! my goodness, i do believe you've kicked in the afterburner so you can goal!

      fowler...... 1 mile. do ya think you can handle that in 3 days? lolol

          Its about 7:52 p.m. been up since 4 so hittin bed early tonight gotta be up at 5..well maybe I'll watch a little bit of Idol first..

            2/24 : 12 mile bike
            2/25 : 2 mile walk
            2/26 : 10 mile bike
            2/27 : 2 mile walk
            57 miles total / goal of 50

            02/11/08 = 289lbs. Bye Bye 290's FOREVER
            2/24/08 = 285 lbs.
            Going for 160lbs.

              Greetings All!! Hey Charks - how did you like Idol tonight -- I didn't think the girls were as good as they were last week as a whole (though I really liked a couple of the performances)... Thanks Jimmie - sorry if I gave off the impression that I was winey - actually I am not trying to sound like I am selling myself short - I am (was) proud of myself for the fact I didn't give up even with the possibility of not making goal.

              So okay - no laughing... but last night after I posted my numbers I realized that I was something like a little less that 15 miles from goal - which either frustrated me after I thought about it or better yet INSPIRED me I ended up buying a mini cycle thing-aboby doohicke.. It just sits on the floor and you pedal away - it does have tension and more imporatantly is able to track MILES - so I was able to do 4 miles on it while hubby watched to make sure I wasn't overdoing it and then with the 1 mile I had walked thruought the day I made a total of... drum roll please FIVE (5) MILES.. which puts me into perfect position to make my Feb. Goal by Friday!!!!

              So now I will have to up the ante (ALOT) for March!

              Thank you ALL for your support - I don't think I would have continued trying without it!
