            2/22 : 10 mile stationary bike
            2/23 : 2 mile walk
            31 miles total / out of 50
            x2x2



            12/28/07 @ 304lbs.
            02/11/08 = 289lbs. Bye Bye 290's FOREVER
            2/24/08 = 285 lbs.
            Going for 160lbs.

              There I go shorting myself again! That's what happens when I start the challenge, then go about 7-9 days without miles because of work! LOL Thanks for keepin me up on it Jimmy. In order to stay up on it myself, I'm gonna have to stop goin on hiatus!

                    Letting my knee rest still - (need another steriod shot I guess) so over the weekend nothing. For Friday I had .80 miles

                                Went to the gym this morning to find that it is closed for the week!

                                Went back home though and cranked out 15 more miles on the bike!
