Okay I need HELP! I still cannot walk or put pressure on my knee so the treadmill is temp. on hold, but I don't want to give up on this challenge. Is there anything else I can do to get mileage in without putting weight or pressure on my knee (would something like stationary bike be okay??)

mellany, yes, anyway you can count mileage is fine. scooting on you kester would count but is not recommended.
the bike, might or could, still cause pressure or pain if you have setting too high. maybe you can put the tension on a very low number????? on my bike, the lower the tension number the easier it is to pedal. i can't go over 6 as anything higher really bothers my knees.
