                          58.5 miles total / goal of 50
                          x2x2

                          02/11/08 = 289lbs. Bye Bye 290's FOREVER
                          2/24/08 = 285 lbs.
                          Going for 160lbs.

                            was sick all weekend so didn't post for feb. 29....4.34 miles not a thing for the weekend..sinus pressure..and I woke up at 4 a.m. with a migraine...I feel like crap..

                            Way to go Mel...looks like your back on track hows the knee feeling...
