It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

I had that once - it was great for getting my form just right.

I think I'll state my exercise plan weekly here. This week is a bit lame because I'm away at the weekend, but I'll try my best:

Monday - Squat, abs, pushups and skipping (I call this homebits) DONE
      Tuesday - Kickboxing
      Weds - Kickboxing
      Thurs - Run
      Fri - Homebits
Sat - Away (walk around stately home planned)
      Sun - Rest

Good job with spin, Joy. Your plan looks great for the week, Alexa. Rich, I've never had my own personal Body Pump instruction... you and Alexa have been lucky!

I didn't make it to the gym this morning, but I'm going tonight come **** or high water. 7:15 -- either "Aqua" class (which I think is like water aerobics) or Fitness Yoga...

            Re: February Mix-It-Up Challenge

Finished my third type of exercise for the week today -- HIIT on the stairmaster. I haven't been on one of those things in ages. Nice change of pace, and it sure got my heart rate up easily...

The week ends tomorrow (Friday) guys, so just please do me a favor and confirm that you've completed at least 3 different kinds of exercise.

I won't be a stickler, Alexa... but yup, technically the new week starts on Saturday and runs through Friday.

I believe we all completed our 3+ kinds of exercises goals for week 1... great job, everyone! Now... onward!

LOL yep! Had a great race 1:49 and change is what it will be, I think. That's just under a 12 minute mile, right? I didn't have my gadgets working right. I did the walk run intervals too. I feel GREAT!

Joy, awesome start to the new week...! Congratulations -- that's a great time, too! I'm so glad the walk-run method has re-energized your running.

Good job, Jules. This challenge is almost too easy for you -- you're already the Mix It Up queen. But I appreciate you playing along anyway.

Good job, Jules -- wow, you've already done your 3 different types of exercise for the week! That means you can have the rest of the week off.

I planned to run today, but didn't feel terrific once I got out there. I almost turned around and went home, but just decided to get in a power walk instead. So, I've walked this week so far....
