      Joy - yep, trying to be a maniac with the exercise this week too feels good, but the hunger has stepped up.

      Lol 'homebits' sounds lame to me tbh but that's what I mentally call it

      This week so far and planned:
      Fri - run and homebits - DONE
      Sat - rest - DONE
      Sun - rest - DONE
      Mon - Run and homebits (as classes cancelled) - DONE
      Tue - Kickboxing and homebits
      Wed - Run and homebits
      Thu - Run and homebits
      Fri - Kickboxing and homebits

      So kickboxing, running and homebits. Would have been more but classes cancelled. In March am aiming to get some swimming in too.

      Have a good varied week

        Good plans, Julie and Alexa. I have a sinus infection and feel like crap, so I'm not sure if I'll get 3 in this week... I haven't done anything since the half-marathon on Saturday...

          Hi, Mix IT Uppers! I was sick all week and didn't do a thing after my half marathon. So, I technically won't be able to say I completed this challenge. But I really did feel terrible and wasn't able to work out, so I'm okay with that. And, I'll keep pressing ahead for the rest of the month --

          2 mile walk walk (Sunday)
          30 minute spin class this morning (Monday)
          F/37/5'7" ~ Started: 8/1/06.

            Looks like I wasn't the only one who didn't do anything last week???? :O

            I did a shape up toning class at lunch today. WOWZERS what a workout. My muscles were quivering afterward.
