      4 days with doing nothing .......... UGH life has been super stressful for me. One of my daughters is in a crisis, and my dad is in the hospital in NC very very ill. Not sure if I have an emergency trip to make or not but it's all taken a toll and I have been emotionally comatose these past few days ....... this morning I actually did 30 min on my elliptical and it felt very releasing ........ I'll be back on the ball tomorrow but just wanted to let you know why I hadn't reported anything ..........

      Mellany great job making goal so early! Have fun at the lake!

              balance ball stretch, inner thigh squeeze [owww], ball n' weights and this new thing i saw on tv.
              on your knees, ball at your side. lean your hip into the ball. put your hand [of the side you are leaning into] on the floor to stabalize yourself. raise your opposite leg, foot flexed. lower and raise in a repeated motion.
              then change sides.

                      Thanks, Jimmie! You know I'm a stability ball addict....which is a lot better than other things one could be addicted to.

                      LOL Mellany! It's been my experience that 20 minutes is a good amount of time to have a really thorough workout. I feel somewhat cheated if I do less, but that's just me.

                          Well I had planned to get back on the ball on the 22nd but didn't make it ........ and nothing to report till today I am about to do my stab ball now and then will report in .......





                          OK back ............ I did 16 min was hoping for 20 but the baby was crying and I had to stop. Tomorrow I am hoping to get my dvd work out in. Here's to making goal!!!!!!!!!!

                            heidi, you goal is so attainable! it may mean pushing the limit a little but it is in reach. i'm proud of you for getting back "on the ball'.

                            for me, it was just a day of wrapping up this challenge. not that i'm done but i did make goal.
