      I didn't have enough time to do my whole DVD this morning so I focused on the ones that help my other challenges as well ( abs! )

        it appears that the challengers in this challenge either made goal [heidi is almost there ] or they did nothing at all.

        congrats on the loss heidi! what a good deal to wake up to! i have another surprise for you..... with the added 15 minutes, you have 281 minutes done, not 271. you're 10 minutes closer than you thought.

        thanks for the congrats for my work, gals. it feels good to have another month outta the way.
