    please excuse my brain lapse. i can do 60 thigh squeezes in one minutes. i think i said 120 because that is usually what i do regardless of the time.
    120... i should have thighs like xena warrior princess if that was the case.

        Yippeee and I have two days to spare!!!!!

        Jimmie I am going to have to try and see how many I can do in a minute ..... LOL I do one where I lay on my back and squeeze the ball and lift so it's abs, and thigh together but I have not done just a squeeze ....... do you do that sitting up and just a quick pulse?

          i do them laying down, knees bent with the ball between my knees. i just squeeze as hard as i can, let off the pressure and then squeeze again. you can really feel it in your inner thigh.

                  3/31 - 18 min

                  378 total!

                  Jimmie I am going to add the thigh squeezes to my April work out ........ I'm gonna record how many a minute at the beginning of the month and then again at the end ........ and see how the number changes! Hopefully see some improvements!

                    heidi, even if you don't improve in the actual count, i'll bet you see a difference in the length in minutes, in your thighs and the intensity at which you will be ablt to squeeze.
                    it's a pretty good filler for your minutes too in that you can do them during commercials and rack up about 15 minutes during an hour long program.
