      i had to fight myself to do it but NINE MILES TODAY!!! i almost almost almost stayed home in bed, but i fought thru this stupid stinky 'flu' and went! i think if it wasnt for this board, i wouldnt have so BIG BIG THANKS!!!

        Hey always there to help a friend out don't cha know -- just don't think I am going to try and keep up in steps with you my friend - you walk wayy to much for me at work

          Today I did 4.5 miles on the treadmill. So that's 7.5/100miles...geesh I got some work to do!!! Gonna try for 6 miles tomorrow broken up in two work outs.

                  Can I still sign up? This is my first time doing a challenge. I am 4 days into induction. If I can still sign up please put me down for 80 miles. I tried to find out how this works...do you just put your progress in your "Signature".

                    yes, you can still join! the more the better! Lady_Hawke will add you to her list.
                    all that is required of you now is to post the miles you do when you do them. putting them in your signature is entirely up to you. for me.... it's too much trouble to change it every time. you can also keep your total like many of us do.
                    i'll show you by logging my miles for my biking today.

                      Everyone is doing awesome..I really wanted to thank everyone you don't realize when I'm home alone and don't feel up to it..I think about all you guys and how hard you all work and it helps alot to keep going thanks!! it's makes it easier when you know your not alone

                              Walked 4 miles today, not on the treadmill but outside in the sunny and beautiful 75 degree weather! So my total so far is 11.5/100. Tomorrow I'm gonna rent a bike and ride down at the beach for my mileage!
