    I'm in! I'm just starting out with the whole pledge thing so I pledge 750 for the month which is 25 per day (crunches)

      Not my favourite exercise - but they seem to help. I need to be accountable so I am in with 1000.

        Trust me - no one would every call anyone on this thread a slacker regardless of what type ab work you are doing... A slacker is someone who isn't even trying to exercise and get healthy and right now all I see is a bunch of highly motivated challengers on this thread and it makes my day a little brighter Kelly - you are doing some really, really hard ones so I commend you

        Last month was my first attempt at working my abs and I think my goal was 500... If you look at my signature you will see that not only did I make goal I surpassed my goal.... I believe that we should choose a goal that is obtainable and then surpass even our imagination after that... There's no sense in trying to post a goal thats unattainable its just going to frustrate you and cause you to give up.. And I don't want to see anyone quitting.. I would like to give out a whole bunch of awards at the end of the month.. so I am counting on each of you to post - post - post... Keep me BUSY entering all your numbers!!
