      I'm in!!! I'm setting a goal that seems impossible right now, but I really believe I'll be able to do 2 sets of 30, every other day. This one is especially challenging since the majority of my weight is below the waist! (Is there such body type called an "hourglass-pear-shaped hybrid"?) I really look forward to this challenge. I've already seen how much strength I've gained in the few weeks I participated in the March Challenge. Thanks for the encouragement, *Alexa*

        Great to have you joining again! That seems like an achievable goal I have a lot of thigh too - but at least they are looking a bit better these days.

            Hi Clogger,

            Welcome to the challenge! I think it is really up to you, and it depends on the intensity. When I used to squat with weights I'd do it every other day. Also if you were doing a lot, the same may apply - to give the muscles a chance to recover.

            Other people may prefer to do them little and often, say 20 twice a day.

            I do mine pretty randomly - sometimes with weights, other times I just do 25 as part of another workout. Whatever works for ou really.
