    Re: Si6 Video Challenge!!!

Soooooo Today I made it through my second workout of Start it Up and I am so proud of myself. My legs are incredibly tired, my arms are on fire but my drive to do this outweighs all of that.

I am going to make it, I am going to succeed, and I AM going to be happy, healthy and look fantastic this summer!!!

So what's you favorite part of the workout, and which part do you loathe? LOL

I have to say I love the stomach exercises and I loate the very first set of squats. I can deal with the others but those very first ones...OUCH! ahahahhaha. My behind BETTER look fantastic after this! LOL

First day of Start it Up. Man did I forget how hard that is. Per my BodyBugg it gained me 1300 steps and I burned 235 calories doing it. I would have guessed a WHOLE lot more. I hurt

Si6 is definately killer, but I have a feeling it will be SO worth it!

Start It Up completed...I think I tried to block out of my memory just how mean Debbie can be! I know that I'm going to be feeling this tomorrow, but I'm planning on an early AM workout before work. Maybe I'll be so sleepy that I won't realize I'm hurting!

                    Re: Si6 Video Challenge!!!

Hello all, I am not doing Si6 right now, using P90X but I wanted to come on here and cheer you on. Si6 is definatly one of the most intense workouts I have ever done and also one of the most effective. Good job on starting, I always find starting a workout program is much harder then keeping up with it. You've already made it over the hump of the first workouts, keep on going, you can do it!

                        Hi Everyone!!!!

I just want to check in and let you know that today is my official start date! I am still going to do it 36 times but I won't be able to start until tonight. So I wanted to let you know that I am still in!

I think there's an 'old' and 'new' version of SI6. Does anyone know if one is more effective than the other. I only have the Slim in 6 not the "SERIES" does that matter?

                        Thanks guys!

Meckab...welcome to the challenge! Great JOb making it to 2 weeks!!!

Katie, it definately is killer! LOL Greatr JOb making it through day one!!!! There are 2 different versions, I have the original. The entire start it up workout is about an hour....the new one is less I believe. Either way, they are both so effective!

Well, I did 6 work outs in a row and today is my day off. THANK GOD! LOL. I thought I would be so pumped to do it even today but I really think I needed the scheduled day off! Plus I was up really early this am, and running around all day, so that didn't help.lol

Alright everyone, have a great day!!!

Thanks Steph, I just may later. For now I started my own challenge and hope to post on there my daily updates. Feel free to stop by any time and keep me accountable.

The workouts are really tough, harder then anything else I have ever ever done. It's 90 days where you workout 6 days a week, take a rest day where you can do the stretch workout if you want. After three weeks of the routine you get a "recovery" week, which just means that you get to do extra cardio and less weights for that week. After the week you start over again with different more intense workouts. There are three cycles, each one lasting a month. It is super intense but so far I like it. Can't wait to see what I look like at 90 days, some of the before and after pictures are amazing, they almost look like different people!

Ok so goodluck everyone on your challenge, Debbie is a killer but that's why we love her right? right? Yeah right, I still hear her voice in my dreams.

                              Goodluck, it's totally worth it!
