    Okay cool, just lemme know how many total!!!

    You have to do what's going to work for you. Atkins is not for everyone, and I think you're wise for realizing that now. And you had better stick around for these challanges! LOL I would miss you too much!!!!

    That stuff sounds so good, but that's kinda pricey for me. Maybe we could get some if we get a tax rebate?! yay! LOL

    Sooo, I've also gotten my workout in for today..25 down, 11 to go!!! yay

      I have done 8 total! YAY!

      I definitely have to do what's right for me! THanks for recognizing!!! i just find that when I cheat it's on all the stuff I can eat when on WW! I also ordered the Biggest Loser cookbook (low cal) and I wouldn't be able to use it on Atkins!

      Girl...I would miss you too much too! I couldn't leave these forums! Plus they're really keeping me in line with my workouts!!!

      Ha ha ha! TAX REBATE INDEED! That's what I am waiting for!!!

      25? Go you you superstar! have you done burn it up yet?

        8?! You go girl!!!!!!!!!

        My sister in law follos that diet and I know she's had really good results. I dont think it's so much which route we take, as long as we get healthy and stay that way. Thats what's important.

        Today will actually be my first day of Burn it up. Yikes! LOL. I was up at 6 yesterday morning, had to drin DH to work and back (30 min each way!) and then I had 2 dr appointemtns for the kids, ran to my sisters, and then back to pick DH from work, I I only had an hour worth of down time to clean and exercise...so I did ramp it up, b/c it is only like 48 minutes and then I zipped through the house and straightened up, got the kids back up from their naps and had to go back out. LOL. I am just so proud of myself for actually getting the work out in!

        So wish me luck today! I am actually looking forward to it just b/c I dont feel like th leg work on ramp it up is that challenging anymore. I mean I definately feel it, but I need a challenge.

          Hi JSJ! Any everyone else, lol! How are you all doing???

          I will count the 8! I haven't done one since Satruday. I really need to get better because I feel so good when I have it done! YAY! So keep encouraging me! Let's start another one after you're done too! I will be so on track too! My body's changing shape! I did walk 1.17 miles yesterday uphill for most of it! So that was good!!!! I just need to do that and my si6!

          I am excited for WW and have had success on it before. So I am excited to see where it takes me!

          How was BURN IT UP??? It's good that you moved on for a more challenge! That's great! You go girlfriend!!! Let me know how it is! RIU is still such a challenge for me!

            Hi you guys, I see that you all are kicking butt!
            jsj-I will like to confess that I started Burn It Up 5/5 and I really enjoyed it. I love it because it is fast pace I was wore out when I completed. I plan to start @ Burn It Up for the full 6 weeks my next go round.
            katie-I totally understand you~ you keep doing what you are doing
            This is my 27 day on Slim in 6 I cant believe it went by so fast. I plan to weigh and measure myself next week 5/17 and i will post the results and I look forward to another round with you guys thanks for all the encourgement.
            Oh, before I forget I cheated today feel so bad I had a grilled chicken salad with 2 slices of texas toast i plan to work my but off this evening and get back on track tomorrow.

              I am really excited about another round too! Great job Meckab! I love this DVD!!!!! It's so great! I am still REALLY challenged with Ramp it Up! I just hope to increase the number of times I do it in a week. I am also trying to get my running in though!!!

                Hey ladies!! I'm so glad you two are so pumped about the next challenge!!! Here's hoping we can get some more people on board!!!!

                Okay so yesterday was day 27 for me and UGH. I LOVE Burn it up, but I am finding that I just can't do it yet. It's not even that I can't push myself through it..I can't do it. I am literally falling over and I know that sticking with it usually helps, but it's just so intense right now, that I am not doing th emoves properly and I managed to ralluy hurt my back. i worked through it yesterday b/c I though maybe it was normal, but it's so not normal. LOL I also did Start it up for 2 whole weeks and the ramp it up for 2 weeks...so I think had I jumped right into ramp it up I would be okay but I am just not ready. Soooo back to Ramp it up, which I am so not worrid about! I actually like the extra stomach work in RiU..and BiU simply doesn't have that. Oh and Meckab, what the **** are those plie things with a crunch?? Pretty sure thats where I hurt my back. I just dont know if I'm not going don low enough or WHAT?! Now I truly understand why ADBB's BEST call her the squat ****! ahahahahaha OUCH!

                I plan on Ramping it up until this challenge is over, which is coming up so soon!!! And the doing the entire next challenge strickly with BiU.

                I am so proud of you ladies for sticking with me. =]

                  9/36 today!!!!!!

                  I am so happy!!!!!! I felt SUCH a difference today guys!!! I am so happy! The lunges were MUCH easier. I still don't get the backwards lunges as much but I could go way lower on my front ones!! You know the floor bit in RIU when you do the glute exercises??? I could do that WAY more easily!!!! I am so happy! YAY! I have to say that I binged a bit at work today on some tarts but boy does that affect a workout!!!!! GOSH!

                  JSJ! Good for you girl for doing BIU! I am so glad you liked it!!! It does look like a great challenge!!! I am so proud of you!!! If you're falling over...definitely keep on RIU for another week or so!!!

                  HAHAHA!!! A squat ****? I haven't looked that far but does Debbie yell at you for not going low enough?

                    yay!! girl, I am so proud of you!!!!! It's insane how fast we build up our endurance!!!!

                    Oh and I'm going to leave that alone, and when you start BiU, you willTOTALLY know what I mean! LOL. Brook and a few others on here always said she was a squat **** but doing the first 2 stages I thought, maybe I'm just really great at them? Ahahahah yea RIGHTTTTT. lol. The 3rd is insane with the squats. I'm sure we'll get used to them but starting off. OMG. my *** hurts so bad! ahahah. I never thought that my behond muscles would ever CRAMP! ahahahah

                    So today is doing to be an okay day. I was up unil 3 am b/c we were under one tornado warning after another.. and with 2 kids I dont play around with that mess. I am utterly exhausted but I'll survive.

                    But..I did have a great surprise on the scale today!! 159.4!!!! Officially out of the 160 for ever!!!!!! I am so excited!

                    Well, I better make myself somehting to eat before I get myself involved it something and completely forget. lol

                      Hey ladies.

                      Sorry I havent checked in for a few days. Instead of taking sunday off, I took Saturday off as well. I had a crazy day, woke up at 7, was out by8 and came home just with enough time to get my kids dressed and ready to go to a wedding/reception that lasted all night. But I'm not too mad at myself. I'm at 29 workouts and today will be 30..so I cant be too mad. LOL

                        Sorry it took me so long to respond to your last TWO posts!!! I haven't left girl but I, like you, had a really busy weekend! I had a girl's night on Friday, a baby shower which went all day on Saturday and then I had to do errands yesterday and then went out to dinner with my dbf last night! So it was busy!! Not much online time for me!

                        First off...congrats on being out of the 160s forever!!! You're doing so great girl! Almost at 30??? That's AWESOME!!!! You're such an inspiration. I am just goign to keep up my cardio and then start up for the full 36 when you're ready to start the new challenge!

                        Now i am REALLY scared for the new level of squats!!! HELP!!! HAHAHAHA!

                          I went out of town this past weekend and left my laptop behind so I was unable to post my stats but I still got my workouts in.Today is day 34 and I completed my workout this morning.Ladies I'm looking forward to another round I plan to keep myself busy until you all are ready to start the new challenge so all of us will be on the same page.You all are doing great!Have A Nice Day

                            And I am so glad you ladies want to do another challenge with me!!! I am going to try and recruit some new people...hopefully i can find a few who want to join this madness with us! LOL

                            Btw, I didnt get my workout in yesterday, so today will be day 30 for me. I was ata wedding on Saturday and ended up RUNNING in my heals after my son who bolted for the street and I hurt my ankle, but it's a lot better now, and motrin will get me through the workout. LOL.
