    Thanks so much!!! I am definately going to check out those before and afters...that just might be a nice little purchase for Mother's Day! LOL

    I'm scared though b/c if I think Slim in 6 is bad, and that's worse..LOL...I better do this a few times to get myself prepared! ahahah.

    Oh and for the record, I think DH (who is totally in shape and ripped) swears at Debbie possibly more than I do! ahahahhaha

    So even though I was supossed ot have a day off today from exercising, I decided to go on a little mile walk with the kids and our dog..and surprisingly the hills were a cake walk, they didnt even phase me! Just goes to show how much difference one day makes!

          can I ask how long you all stayed on start it up? I feel like I only have to do it one more time before getting the stances. I still have to do HALF lunges (i find them difficult) but can I move onto keep it up now?

            Way to go everyone. I'll be restarting Si6 this weekend. I also just got Yoga Booty (from Target no less) and Billy Blanks Tae Bo. I'll be doing them all. I will stick with Si6 for 6 weeks.

            No pain, no gain!

              wow maxine! I don't know how you do it! That's a LOT!!!

              Katie, this is actually my first time also, so I am not really sure. I googled it a few weeks back and could have sworn you do start it up, the second one i have is ramp it up and then Burn it up. I also have the first ones so they are a bit longer than the new ones. I can also only do the motified moves for some things also, but I still feel th burn. My problem is I get so bored easily, I want to move on very fast also...but I'm afraid it will only get harder. LOL

              So.. today was supposed to be day 7 for me, my second week and after the most exhausting day ever...I popped the dvd in and got through 15 minuthat my dvd had been cracked and thats all I got. So I tried to get to the 2nd stage and that was destroyed too. I even wet a head a broke out the Burn it up, the last phase and could only keep up for the 1st 10 mintues. I almost literally fell over. LOL. So I stopped. I have no clue what I'm going to do now. Maybe I will have to order new ones from the website but they will be the new one and who knows how long it'll take to get here. GRR I am so angry it's broken.

              Anyhow, I did take the kids and the dog to the park and went on a longggg walk so that I did something.

              I'm half tempted to just count today towards my goal, but I'm used to an hour workout and the measly 25 minutes I did doesnt seem like it's enough to call a day.

                Hope everyone's doing good! Don't give up, I know Si6 is tough but work thorugh it. Once you hit day 3, it will be so much better, I PROMISE!!!

                  Hey everyone, done for the day, 10/36 already!!! I was actually looking forward to working out today, it's SUCH a rush! I cannot wait to jump into the Ramp it up and really take this up a notch. I watched the whole thing throught he night I tried it out and omg, it looks so much better for my pace. I hope I can keep up though!!! So Friday I will be starting that and I cannot wait!!!

                    I am RE starting my challenge for myself today! Only because last week my eating was REALLY off track! I did it but I want to restart the exercise portion because now my eating's under control!!! I hope people don't mind! I am going to do it after dinner! So I'll be back to 1 out of 36!

                          great job everyone!!! I will update the stats right away!

                          I am so excited to start the second one too. Today is my 2nd day off and then tomorrow I get to move on, thank God! LOL. I never thought I would get bored with it! LOL. I did miss a day the beginning of this week, but I am going to make it up with one of the more intense workouts..I will get more out of it that way.

                            For those who are experienced do you mind telling me how the next video differs from the first??? I love all the squats etc in the first one...how is the next video different!?

                              Hello all, just wanted to stop by and check and see how everyone is doing, I'm sure you are totally kicking some major Slim in 6 butt! I am considering doing Ramp it Up tonite, I want to get some extra cardio in to make up for not so great food yesterday, anyway I am so scared to take it on, I know how crazy debbie siebers is, you guys totally inspire me though, I may just have to give it a try.

                                I actually sat down and watched the whole thing to see what to expect. LOL. There is definately not as much talking, b/c you'll be familiar with the moves...but the crunches are different, and more, I think you jog it out instead of walk it out...it a faster pace. I'm definately forgetting somethings but that's the gist of it. Oh yea and I remember in stead of alternating lunges, you do all on one side and then switch. I dont know how weel I can do that but at least we can alternate until we can do them all on one side.
