    6 miles walk/ run intervals this morning.

      Ran 3.02 miles tonight = 20.23/20 running miles = goal, yay!

              12 miles on the elliptical today.. So a total of 119.5 miles
              It is very unlikely that I will be able to complete my 200 miles! I was sick for a couple of weeks, and wasn't able to exercise! Anyways! I am still happy I could come so far and Iam preparing myself for "June Mileage Challenge!

                  8 miles this morning on the bike.

                        5/28 - 16 miles on trail
                        529 - 15 in pot park
                        5/30-15 miles in pot park

                        Don't know if I'll get in any today since we just got home. I don't think I made my first challenge, although I came close!!

                          I didn't make my first mileage challenge but I'm glad I tried. I'm going to sign up for June. I need a rest for a couple of days because of a car accident. But, I'm going to try again! Congratulations to everyone who made their goals!

                            Sorry for not getting the totals up yesterday. Had computer issues at the office and last night I just ran out of juice. Should have everything tallied today and will update your totals. Thanks for your patience.

                              Good going guys! In May we racked up a combined total of 1191.6 miles! About the same distance as it is from Dallas, TX to South Florida!!!

                                My numbers and math got screwed up somwhere along the way and I lost some of my reports when the board switched...but I had kept a running tally for myself...I made my goal this month...That is if I did the math right
