I need to get back to basics in an effort to get over the hump and lose this last bit of weight to meet my size goal. I have seen quite a few people who have Tae Bo, Walk Away the Pounds, and Turbo Jam DVD's (VHS TOO
) but I'm wondering how many people are putting them to good use?? I'm ready to challenge myself for the month of September and I sure would love some company.
How many times a week do you pledge to exercise and with which workout?

I am going to do a combination of all three to keep my workouts varied.

... Weekly weigh ins sounds great. And I will put picture up as well yikes. I def. don't look as great as you .. but will one day eventually
