    As insanely sore as I was last night- as completely exhausted I was- as ready as I was to shower and pass out in my bed- as bad as I needed to study...
    I DID my Tae Bo for Tae Bo Tuesday
    I really don't think anyone can grasp how completely sore my legs are right now. I did Tae Bo II advanced 1 workout. It was a little over 30 minutes from what I can remember. My body hurt so bad but I kicked and punched my little heart out. I just kept looking at the bellies of some of them chicks in the video and told myself that was going to be me at the end of this month and beyond! My eating has been really good. I bought myself a new pink Breast Cancer water bottle and I've been drinking plain green tea today. I love the stuff even without sugar. It's amazing how a year ago, if you told me I'd be eating and drinking stuff without sugar I'd have thought you were nuts and now here I am doing it.
    I'm so proud of myself. Money has been tight, and so has my time but I have managed to eat on plan with the foods I DID have available to me.

      okay , so I missed alot apparently but I have done turbo jam AND tae bo everyday ... and yea sometimes I definitely don't make it to the end of tae bo but i try at least. SO keep on going ladies... great job

        Hunni I don' think you've missed anything. Looks to me like you're rolling along with your plan smoothly. I wish you continued success.
        Now me on the other hand...I need to soak in some Epsom salt tonight. *LOL*

          My body was aching so bad last night. I did a wee-little bit of strength training on my upper body while I studied and then I called it quits. No cardio for this soldier. Okay...and I added some more music to my MP3 player too

            I gotta keep things moving. I start teaching aerobics in two weeks so I've been working on my routine. 30-40 minute sessions is what I'm doing so it's not too killer but it does get the sweat going.
            Yesterday's workout was: two/fold

            30 mins aerobic routine practice
            Biggest Loser -Cardio Max- DVD I did the set with Jillian Michaels. I'm used to Bob's work out now so I had to step it up a notch.
            It took me about 50 minutes to do both and my body was in sheer heaven after it all- - -Today is crazy ABs day for me...that's just some crazy mess I made up trust me. The goal is to do 500 crunches targeting all four sections of the abs.
            Transverse
            Internal & External Oblique
            Rectus Abdominus
            Oh...it's serious for ya gurl!

              Dang Dez! I can't wait to have the energy to do all that! I have been doing my Taebo every other day and my yoga right after. I weighed myself Saturday and was down 3 lbs =).

              Did you get "rockin abs" yet? That workout is amazing... although the second part I believe is way harder then the first even though Billy let's you lay down on the floor lol.

                billy letting you lay down on the floor?? lol ive never seen that I will have to get it. Im sure if it was up to Billy we would be climbing on walls :P. Hes crazy, but in a good way :P. So far I have been keeping up with taebo and turbo jam doing it 5 days a week alternating from one to the other. I am so sore today , I tried a different taebo workout and went to the gym for 2 hours. Dez you are doing a great job!!! Your teaching aerobics... thast great!

                  Good gawsh I'm insane for exercise!! My attempt to complete 500 crunches in one day was NOT accomplished on Friday
                  I did complete 200 which is a far cry from my normal regimen so, in spite of the pain, I was pretty proud of myself for the supreme effort.
                  Saturday was another rest day for me and Sunday I cranked out another 30 minute aerobic practice session of my routine.
                  Monday I was back in school and at Bally Gym- I was only worked out for an hour but it was just enough to make me sore anyway. I'm pleased to say, I exceeded my workout goal for last week

                    Yeah-I can see him hanging from the chandelier telling folks to give him some jabs and hold the stomach tight!
                    You just gotta love the guy right. *LOL*

                      I didn't get the Rocking Abs yet, I keep buying other fitness stuff.

                        The yoga is helping a ton. After Billy I do about 5 sun salutations and then some relaxation poses to stretch everything out.

                        As for Billy letting you lay down on the floor... I would rather be standing because I garuntee after he's done with you I practically have to crawl to the nearest piece of furniture to pull myself back up to a standing position.

                          I'm absolutely addicted to taking progress pics and I'm so glad I am this way! One of my smaller goals is to be able to lead my aerobics classes showing some "skin" This is one of the outfits I had specially embroidered with my work out nic-name on it. I have taken pics in it, showing my muffin top and all and I must say, I'm starting to see some changes in my body from July to September
                          ohhh...and I'm not done yet!!

                            Dez you look amazing I can definetly tell a difference in your tummy! That is so awesome! Noone wants to see what my belly looks like... lol

                                I have had zero time for my videos this week. But my exercise has been 100% on plan.

                                Monday full body workout at Bally (school)
                                came home and practiced my aerobic routine 30 min

                                Tuesday watched TV -the Biggest Loser is back on TV!!!!! - and walked/ran my treddie for 72.2 minutes. I did lunges on some of the commercial breaks.

                                Wednesday Walked a mile on the track and then ran the bleaches with bench lunges mixed in. I also did 20 up/down on my toes.
