      Hey Dez, I'm still with ya girl =)

      I've been doin' my taebo at least every other day and my yoga everyday. I just wanted to thank you for this challenege. I lost 4 lbs this week and I know it was due to all the exercise. I don't think I could have gotten my butt back into gear without this challenege since before I had pretty much abondoned exercising all together.

      You are doing to be a great aerobics instructer!! **** I think you should be a personal trainer girl! Even though I never see ya I know you're rooting for me and that means a lot. Thank you so much for this challenege. I never thought I would enjoy exercise until this challenge came along... now I'm addicted =)

        awwww. thanks so much for the kind words. You must not have visited my journal. I am now a personal trainer, just completed my certification course Monday. I'm about to get certified in aerobics as well.
        I'm happy to see you improving on your exercise-it's so easy to lose track and stop once you get going and then it seems like it takes HUGE effort to pull things back together. I'm happy you have got your workout groove back-keep up the great work and congrats on that 4 pound loss woman

          I'm still here...this week has been a total wash so far but I plan to pump it up starting this evening.
          How's everyone doing?? Only a few more days left in September so keep your focus and move that body!

            why oh why am I so bad at posting!! Probably because I work all the time and this site wouldn't let me log on for some reason?? but now this site works at work! so that means more updating... because I'm rarely home ... Anyways... been doing Tae Bo/ Turbo Jam pretty well... missed a couple of days ... but I really want to do this challenge again... are we starting over in the next month ?? lol

              aaargh!! Last week I was such a bum! Not one single solitary workout and I felt completely horrible. I got off my duff and workout out for over an hour yesterday and my body gave me a small spark that it was being resuscitated.
              On the one hand, I was wore the heck out from the roota to the toota and I felt a rest was well deserved. On the other hand, my rest was, perhaps, a bit too long and then I got lazy. Laziness took over from there, coupled with PMS, add in some bad eating and I was a hot mess.
              The lack of response to this thread had me thinking I wasn't going to start another one next month but I'm inspired to keep going. So the answer is...
              Y-E-S...I plan to keep this exercise challenge in rotation because it works for me and a few others.
              Tonight will be a WATP 4 miler for sure!

                I'm exhausted! After I completed my "mommy duties" I hit the basement on a mission to feel some serious burn. I did to the tune of WATP 4-Fast Miles...and then I did 1 mile on my elli machine as a fat burning chaser I'm showered and watching You've Got Mail...I felt the need for a good chick flick in the midst of my "pain" LOL

                    WATP is a really cool DVD workout where you are walking a certain number of miles but you're basically in the same spot (or room). There are different mile work outs but you can most certainly take a 5 mile DVD and only do 3 of the 5 miles. Leslie Sansone has different mile markers in different videos so you know how far you've gone. The chick is no joke! It's fun but her workouts...some of them...are as intense as some Tae Bo I'm not even kidding.

                      Well...this is the last day of this challenge and I am proud of my workout this evening. It's Tae Bo Tuesday and I did Mission Three of my Boot Camp series "Rock Solid Abs" and my goodness I am 100% sure I'm gonna feel this tomorrow. Oh but it doesn't stop there...I then hit my treddie for some Biggest Loser time. 48 minutes on my treddie 2.22 miles walked - 219 calories burned - 27.3 carbs. I'm exhaustd but I'm so proud.

                        Alright this puppy is over...come check out the new challenge for the month of October. I tweaked it a bit so if you don't have WATP or Tae Bo, have no fear! You can still join the fun.
