Hi boonie...heres the deal...theres a number of ways to do squats..the tapes I used to watch you stand up straight lowering yourself down bending your knees a few inches then back up...some people hold there arms straight out..I use hand weights 5 pounds sometimes 8 at my side lower down then squeeze on the way back up.
if you go to the Excersise Forum then go to the sticky (Printable personalized excersises) you'll find a sqaut in the list with a picture.I don't bend my back forward as some pictures show, with my back i wouldn't make it back up..lol..
hope this helps..I'm sure theres a few other way..I figure if you can squat down to pick something up...Count it!!! lmao!!!

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
