    Re: ***Triathalon Reporting***

    Thanks.

So I did 2.5 miles today (so much for trying to have a long run when it starts pouring), and 100 crunches. I'm trying to catch up!!

I played badminton for 1-1/2 hours today, so not much time for anything else. Ran only 1 mile and rowed 3.

Oh, and I am sure you'll catch up Lyssie. You're a gym rat after all.

The weights are still a pain. Which reminds me I should run to your journal now and ask a dozen questions. :P

I'm actually counting on the 13 miles from next weekend's half marathon to help out.

                      Re: ***Triathalon Reporting***

I was again lazy today and only ran 1.1 miles. But I ran on the treadmill, because there are below 40 F outside (4 C) and it's very windy. Lyssie, I also don't like running against the wind.

Besides running, I did weights for 1 hour. There were new exercises I had to try out.

Wow, no dizzy spells, eh? I just feel like running against the wind uses a lot more energy and I'm going a lot slower for the amount of effort I'm putting in, so it annoys me. It's as if I've gained 30lbs whilst running!

I hope the exercises worked out for you... I actually ended up writing another really long post about an abs workout right after I was done writing the one to you.. at this rate, I feel like everyone is going to be really buff by the summer. I need to figure out a new weights plan for myself at some point today. I just need new exercises, I'm so bored with everything.

Controllable dizzy spells. Watching some guys playing volleyball also helped.

Lyssie, you're like the Jillian Michaels of ADBB.

                            Re: ***Triathalon Reporting***

Sorry to be out of touch for a few days. Went to the chiropractor Thursday and was in pain and told to not do too much for a couple of days.

Here are my totals for today:
                            biking 3 miles
                            crunches 50
                            weights 15 minutes

Checked out the website...Do we enter our daily amts on there? I didn't see how to do that. So Lyssie is it easier if I post what I do each day or post each day with new totals?

Eek, being in pain is never a good thing... I'm glad the Chiropractor made it better though.

I will update the website - just thought it looked prettier.

It's easier if you post what you do each day, then I can just add it in to the numbers.

If I were Jillian, I'd definitely weigh less. :P

It's pouring outside, so I ran 1.5 miles on the treadmill.

                                Did 1 h chest/back exercises, too.
