                  I had to steal my brother's weights yesterday. He only has 20+ kg weights, so today I move slower than my grandma.

                      I hate to have to do this but I need to pull myself out of the triathalon challenge. I have been seeing a chiropractor and my back is much better but I have to be really careful with my activities for a while. Maybe if you do this in a few months I"ll be able to get on board!

                          1 hour weights... the weirdest weight training I have ever done (in the train station, using my luggage )

                                Dec 17: 1 mile running
                                Dec 18: 1.7 miles running + 20 min weights
