      Hey All...Sorry to have been MIA for the last week. For those of you who have been following along, my back is much better (love my new chiropractor!) but I came down with the flu and couldn't do much other than lay in bed. Got back on the routine this weekend for the following amounts (not much but then again i did just get over the flu!!!)

      **********************Totals for both Sat 11/22 and Sun 11/23
      Biking: 5 miles
      Weights: 40 minutes
      Crunches: 150
      **********************

          running: 1.5 miles
          rowing: 1.2 miles
          weights: 1 hour (I promised to stay away from them today, but as I was laying on the mat after my doing my abs, I thought "what the heck... they can't do me any other bad than making me gain some water weight"... so yep, 1 hour)

            weights 1.5 hours

              Yay! Georgiana, you are insane. :P I feel like I would be crying right now if I did 325 crunches.. ugh. It hurts just thinking about it.

              Today I did 1.25 miles on the treadmill, 1 hour of weights, 150 crunches, and 30 min on the elliptical (which is about 2.07 miles - not that I was calculating out how painful doing that in addition would be)...
