Yep... Like the kind of dizziness you get when playing video games.

See, now you're just teasing me. I guess it kind of makes sense if you were looking in a mirror though.. I feel like the fact you only have 2 snow days per year makes it pretty easy for you to just run outside instead of on the treadmill.

                          Re: ***Triathalon Reporting***

Hi Guys. I am sorry for my lack of attention. I went to visit my aunt (I needed to tell her I love her in person one last time) and so after seeing her, and my best friend and 2 kids I haven't seen in 2 years, and my mom... well, I didn't really have time to do more than a quick run-by check-in the past few days.

I'm (obviously) falling behind, I did no exercise while I was there. Ugh. I am debating going for a long run today (I am not sure how cold it is outside), and trying to catch up on weights.

Okay, one more request. From now on, can you post just that day's workout totals?

                            Thanks!!

Looks nice, I love the Californian background (ok, I know it's not *necessarily* Californian, but still... ).
Thanks for doing the website and figuring out how much everyone did daily!
