              I did abs work with the Abs for Dummies today. I like it. gives good tips such as keep your abs engaged, keep your hips still. Do it slow. Breath. There are 10 different exercises on the tape. All fairly basic things.

              Adding on my yoga. First yoga in a while. And it felt good.

                        I forgot to add my minutes from yesterday so I will do that today. I did 45 minutes yesterday and 45 today for a total of 90. All of my strength training deals with total body... abs, chest, arms, legs and glutes.
