    Yay, hit back at my 209 weight where I left off before getting sick, I feel good about things.

    I think I want to change my end goal, but when does this challende end so I can re-calculate my goals...let me know, thanks

      Hi Iyshia and Everyone Else,

      I apologize for my absence, I've been very busy volunteering at the hospital, working out at Curves, riding my stationary bike, walking, stairstepping, planning & cooking my meals a day and a half in advance and a few other daily things.

      I hadn't realize that I neglected posting here, I would be unable to post daily, it is possible I could post once a week but it is definitely sure I can post bi-monthly. I'm afraid I've been doing the Curves/Biggest Loser's eating plan and have been okay eating five meals (3 regular meals, & 2 snacks). It is very easy to use the logs and charts on the Curves website. I had never eaten snacks and have some food restrictions. I post and plan daily my meals and there is a "green" tab if you charted right, and if it's not it will mark red or yellow so you have to find a food that will get you green. I like that very much, there's no numbers to add up or guessing here and there. It works for you. It's too bad that ADBB doesn't have one. My fatigue is gone!

      I will be seeing my endocrinologist in a few weeks to check my blood work and I will definitely ask him for a copy of it. A few weeks ago somewhere on the website I read that having a copy of my blood work can be read easily which I have trouble what it all means so I will be looking for it again when the time comes.

      I lost 2 lbs!

        I cant believe it but I am actually having to toss out most all of my "regular" clothes. I am fitting into the smallest items I own and its just amazing to me! My size 14's are now loose and my 12's zip up no problem. I can even fit into the size 12 dress I bought 2 years ago for my birthday but couldn't zip up by the date. You can bet I will be wearing it confidently by March 1st(my birthday) and I bet it will be loose!

          Way to go! Right now I am just beginning to have my size 17's slip off my waist. I am hoping by next month I will be heading towards a loose size 15!

            Congrats on the 2 lbs! There no minimum post requirement for this challenge thread. All we ask is that you try and post your lbs lost and next week's goal each and every Tuesday.

            Congrats to you also on the size 12's! Pretty soon, you'll be in slippin on a pair of 8's!

                Thank you Leesh and Iyshia! I can't imagine what wearing a size 8 is like, 12 is the smallest I have ever...ever been.

                This challenge sure does help to keep me motivated. I was looking at the older picture challenges with the lose the love handles ones and I really would love to do one of those some day. I like that we have to post weekly check-ins, it definitely keeps me accountable!

                        Well technically I did meet my goal, when I weighed in Sunday morning I was pleased to see 192 on the scale! But alas, this morning my lovely visitor reared her monthly head and I am at 195 . I will be thrilled to see my real weight once she retreats back into her cave for another few weeks LOL.

                        Not really sure what to put as goal as my temp gain atm, but lets set it to 190. so "5lbs". I sure will be glad to get away from 195.

                          Reporting in at 192 exactly this am. Had a brief and lovely visit to 191.1 2 days ago, but all puffy and swollen today and now grumpy too.

                          So -.3? is that right? I can't remember what wt I was last week anymore.

                          Well onward and downward... keep on keeping on. We'll get there eventually. Maybe next week I'll actually make goal for once. Goal: 2lbs again.

                            Had a pretty good week - lost 2 pounds and my goal was 2 pounds

                            Here are my stats so far:

                            226/226/199 – Start

                            Week #1 Goal = 4 lbs
                            226/223/199 – Actual Loss = 3 lbs (1 lb short of goal) – 1.33% weight loss

                            Week #2 Goal = 3 lbs
                            223/221/199 – Actual Loss = 2 lbs (1 lb short of goal) – 0.9% weight loss

                            Week #3 Goal = 3 lbs
                            221/220/199 – Actual Loss = 1 lb (2 lbs short of goal) – 0.45% weight loss

                            Week #4 Goal = 2 lbs

                                Hi everyone, well I made it to my 4lbs loss goal! Yay! And still cheat free for 58 days! My next week's goal is 5lbs.
